NomadGuard Terms of Use Last updated: [2026-03-18] These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NomadGuard mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. 1. The App NomadGuard helps you record stay/footprint history (country entry/exit), calculate days stayed under user-selected rules (e.g., calendar-year or rolling windows), and generate local reports. The App provides informational estimates and is not legal or tax advice. 2. No Professional Advice The App is provided for informational purposes only. Rules and thresholds (e.g., 183-day residency rules) vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for verifying obligations with qualified professionals and official authorities. 3. Subscriptions NomadGuard may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features after a free access period. Subscription price, duration, and trial availability are shown on the purchase screen and managed by Apple. 4. Payments and Renewal (Apple IAP) Payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. 5. License and Acceptable Use We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use. You agree not to reverse engineer, distribute, resell, or misuse the App. 6. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by the NomadGuard Privacy Policy. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business. 9.
